"As a doctor, I have always been fascinated by the brain and nervous system, developing rehabilitation programs for people after stroke in a clinical setting.
Later, my focus shifted toward meditation and the exploration of consciousness through a embodiment approach — working with the body, awareness, and subtle energy. Supported by over 17 years of personal practice, this path integrates both scientific understanding and direct inner experience."
I am an MD and a teacher of embodiment, yoga, and meditation, with over 15 years of dedicated study and personal practice rooted in the Shaiva and Virashaiva traditions of India, as well as in Buddhist meditation lineages.
My work integrates Buddhist mindfulness, embodient principles, and somatic awareness — supporting the release of emotional and physical blocks, activation of subtle energy, and deeper connection with the body and consciousness.
As a teacher, I co-create retreats, and facilitate conscious spaces across Ukraine, Europe, and Bali.
I also lead a certified Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training (RYT), bringing together embodied work, classical yoga, and modern therapeutic approaches into a unified, experiential practice.
Her background includes over 300 hours of practice in traditional Buddhist meditation centers across different lineages, including the Sayadaw tradition (Anapanasati & Satipatthana with Sayadaw U Tejaniya), the S. N. Goenka Vipassana tradition, and the Thai Forest Sangha (Ajahn Chan Subhaddo).
Her psychological foundation includes:
– Medical university training with 2 years of physiotherapy
– Gestalt Therapy (Level 1)
– Somatic trauma work based on the approach of Peter Levine (Level 1)
– Certification in Integral Psychology (including trauma healing, family constellations, regression, and symbolic work)
